The greatest problem the Society has isn't in the organization, but in the fact that it has no ministerial authority. When Jesus lived, the Jews repeatedly asked him about his authority. It wasn't a baseless question because no man takes the honor of acting in God's name except he who is called of God as was Aaron, the brother of Moses.
The Society did just that. It simply assumed the sealing keys that were given to Peter and announced to the world that Jesus had chosen them, in 1919, I think, without any word of God being received by God. There have been no angelic manifestations, no theophanies, no visions. The heavens have been closed to the GB, and yet they have taken the authority unto themselves and set themselves up as representing God. But how did they get it? Who ordained them?
No one in the Society has ever explained that.

Do you agree that in regards to Matthew 24:45-47 of the topic of ‘the faithful slave’ that verse 45 is merely asking the question of who is, but verse 46 goes on to state that ‘the slave’ that is found doing so ‘on the master’s arrival’ is who will ‘then at that time be found to be faithful’ and appointed over the master’s belongings. In other words, ‘the slave’ is just a ‘slave’ prior to the master’s arrival and it is up to the master upon his arrival to determine what slave/s are ‘faithful or not. It is not up to the slave/s themselves to determine their own faithfulness. To further demonstrate this, please consider the following scriptures. (Matthew 25:14,19,21,23,26-27 Luke 19:13,15,17,22-23) As can be seen, the master summoned ‘SLAVES’, not faithful ones, nor wicked ones, just ‘SLAVES’. But it is on the master’s arrival that he then determines which of those ‘SLAVES’ were faithful or wicked. The point being is that it is presumptuous for the ‘slave/s’ to consider/call themselves ‘faithful’ presently, when that is something that is for the master to determine/say when he arrives. In fact to the contrary ‘the slaves’ when calling themselves anything, the master himself said what is found at Luke 17:10…
Another point on this, do you agree that the terms ‘the faithful and discreet slave class/the faithful and discreet slave /the faithful slave class/the faithful slave/the slave class‘ or ‘Governing Body‘ – w/capitals G&B) are titles,…i.e.

Now speaking of the account that John had to be warned by the angel not to worship him (Revelation 22: 8,9) and given the account of the Israelite’s who desired to have a visible image made with the claim that it represented Jehovah, in which Jehovah viewed as idolatry…do you agree that people today can be guilty of idolatry to an organization (or group of men) that claim to represent Jehovah, by giving it (them) any undue devotion, praise, respect, adoration, love, worship, etc…

The obvious truth is that the WTS is just another religion started by a person. One person decided to start his own religion. Exactly like the other 30k other sects of Christianity.
How do you know that there is no authority in their teachings?
answer-their fruits. Witnesses have NO fruits what so ever. Great people who are God fearing, but you'd find that in every faith. It's the lack of fruits which make the WTS un-authoritative.
From a Christian theological viewpoint the JW religion is a pretentious fraud based from its long standing criticism of other Christian based faiths.. ie Catholics etc.
We are the true religion that adheres to pure and true adherence to the bible, where all others detoured toward paganism and false teachings.
Because of are purity we are God's chosen organization among all others
In a way I agree with their affirmation of not having clergy.
Their organizational model is more business like than religious, it seems more of a corporate structure than a religion.
The problem is that they want to wear the two hats, for some things they behave like a business and then when needed they claim religious privileges.
Circuit overseers (and their wives) get:
-- Free housing
-- Free, $0 deductible health coverage
-- Free auto, along with free gas and free auto insurance
-- All food expenses covered by congregation resolutions
-- Monthly stipend fro WTS, along with clothing stipend
-- 4+ weeks vacation per year (depending on "years of full time service")
-- Countless hundreds of dollars weekly from "green handshakes"
In the USA, they "earn" the equivalent of probably $60 - 70,000 per year (what it would cost to maintain the perks listed above).
But they are not "paid clergy"! Ha!
The real work of a CO is more like an inspector than a pastor.
