Wealth is now unconditionally condemned, joining university education.
Even if you pioneer, living a "comfortable life" is explicitly, openly, and stridently condemned as not spiritual.
I was about to say "where do these bozos think the contributions for their country club luxury retreat at Warwick came from?", then it hit me:
Warwick is done. They move in, in about 3 months. They've just sold $1 billion+ in real estate.
Apparently they think they can get by, at least for the next couple decades, on reduced contributions.
They clearly value their power and prestige more than money.
I keep wondering when the "jump the shark" moment will be. Maybe this is it.
