Well damn It doesn't stay highlighted
Maybe someone can explain to us why.
This is a good article with a happy out come.
The WTBTS has misled their followers for reasons only they know as there is no real reason not to receive a life saving Blood transfusion.
P.S. Lee Elder I always read your posts. You are doing a good job of keeping us informed on this subject.

Seems to be an issue with the 'Link' function.

Weird - the link stays active for a little while then loses its link.
I'm glad she woke up but wonder if she's still a JW. I mean, she still went through with the JW teachings with her own childbirth and it's easy to see afterward what the realities are. I wonder what would really happen if she was pregnant again. Would she take a stand? Has she taken a stand against the cult that could have cost her life or her baby? I liked that her eyes were open but the end of it left me feeling some type of way.
Sounds more like she had a "come to Jehovah" moment and it only strengthened her in some way. Is she just a JW that disagrees with this one thing or an independent Christian or what?
To take into consideration any religion for your health care is asshat crazy
On this I can agree with you blownaway.
The blood ban was my open door out when I decided to leave, Armageddon was the other. The Society was the best reason to leave............ idiots then and now. What a bunch of dishonest wimps.
As always, straight to the point and easy to understand.
I believe they were so close to reversing Rutherford's nutty idea at one point But 1975 was coming..... Interesting also that they were relying on MEDICAL SCIENCE to dig them out of their hole!
Again, selfless worldly donors come to their rescue with blood "fractions" yet they cannot reciprocate! I have a horrible feeling they are being dishonest regarding youngsters not carrying advance directives, too.
