uggggggg people! they cancelled the arbitration again! but atleast this time they cancelled the trial date too. so now even if they do go to trial it will be next year before they can reschedule. our attorney wants to deposition her doctor who she just started going to last Spring(2 yrs after the accident). the attorney wants to make sure the judge has no reason to consider the case, he said.
we have been putting off buying a house for going on 3 yrs for this crap. sigh. I am not going to bother you all with this anymore, just coz I live on the edge does not mean my friends have to.
