I may have missed something here. Has the society issued any kind of statement why they're selling their headquarters in NY?

Today I thought - "Damn! WT has been let off again in the Lopez case in the $13.2 million award." (At least for the time being ...)
But looking at this thread - on the basis they were hoping for $1 Billion and they "only" get $700 million then that is definitely a "missing of the mark" in their accounts!
A $300,000,000 hole.
