Ash, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. It was tough for me to admit that I needed a drug to help me deal with life, but I am certainly grateful now that I did.
The medicine that is helping me is called anaphronil. It is specifically designed to derail my obsessive compulsive disorder which was leading to my high levels of anxiety and panic.

Anaphronil. !nteresting. I took that for a few months when i was still a dub. I was able to quit chewing my nails while on it.

Thanks, Joel, I'm bookmarking this thread. I've has the number for a good therapist near my phone for a month...just got to get the courage up to call. Maybe I'll do it for my birthday, which is coming in 51 minutes.......
Best present I could possibly get tomorrow, if I just rustle up the courage.

Also happy Birthday to Ash. Better get that call in because good therapists have a very long waiting list. If you mention that you are suicidal it will speed things up. Both of you take care.
