Kes,

rutht,
Those resurrected, will be spirits standing before the throne of God. They will not be in spirit bodies until God gives them a spirit body, just as it pleases him.
1 Corinthians 15:38

Kes,
You said that "resurrection" means to stand again. What exactly is standing again of these dead people? Is it their spirits (which according to you returned to God the first time they died.) How can a spirit stand again? Wouldn't it already be alive with God? What are the seas and the tombs giving up if the only thing standing up is their spirits which are already with God?
As you said Heb.9:27 says that man is destined to die once and then face judgment. I do not read anything about a second chance in that verse. Can you tell me where the Bible mentions anything about a second chance if we mess up the first time around?
Also, where are these spirits located that are before the throne after they are resurrected? Did God return them to Earth or are they still in Heaven?
Thanks,
Rutht

Yes, it is their spirits that "stand up [again]" before the throne of God. Here's something I failed to mention. When someone dies, their flesh returns to the earth, and their spirit returns to the "true God who gave it." When a spirit returns to God, God places that spirit where he wants it. Some go to the sea, some go to 'death' some go to Had'es and some go under the altar. Where ever he decides. Like when Jesus died, and he said "Father, recieve my spirit." He recieved his spirit, but sent him to had'es to "preach a 'release' to the spirits in prision." The only spirits that are "alive" with God are the spirits that ate the flesh and drank the blood of Christ (bread and wine, John 6:53; Matt. 26:26-28).
What are the seas and the tombs giving up if the only thing standing up is their spirits which are already with God?
God sends them to the tombs when he recieves the spirits.

I haven't found one either. This is why God is not "slow, but is patient because he desires no one to be destroyed, but all to attain to repentance." And this is also why the holy spirit will be sent "TO THE WORLD" and the WORLD will "know."
John 16:8-11
Also, where are these spirits located that are before the throne after they are resurrected? Did God return them to Earth or are they still in Heaven?
"The former heaven and earth fled away." These spirits are in the spirit realm, a "heaven" awaiting their judgement as to whether they will "inherit the kingdom" or be thrown into the lake of fire.
Hope this helps,
Aaron
Kes,
With all due respect, you agree that there are not two chances to be saved, yet you seem to be saying exactly that when you say that our flesh will be judged and then later some will also have their spirits judged. This really does not make sense to me. It seems like some are getting two chances to get it right.
Also, I am curious, do you believe in a Paradise Earth as the WTS has pictured it or are your beliefs somewhat different?
Thanks,
rutht
Peace, Daddy-O... and please see my reply to bjc, above!

Hello, bjc... and may you have peace!
There are SEVERAL reasons to know and believe that both Adam and Eve... AND Judas... WILL be resurrected:
1. They have not yet been 'judged'... and therefore, haven ot yet been CONDEMNED to everlasting destruction. For the general judgment has not yet taken place.
2. There will be a resurrection... of the righteous... AND the unrighteous. Adam, Eve and Judas... proved themselves to be among the 'unrighteous'.
3. The righteous are resurrected to LIFE... the unrighteous are resurrected to JUDGMENT. Judgment means one is judged, and...
4. Because the wages of sin IS death... and Adam, Eve and Judas, by means of the disobedience of the first two and rejection of all three of my Lord... have no COVERING for their sins... therefore, will be JUDGED and reap the SENTENCE of that judgment... death and destruction.
5. NO WHERE does it say or even imply that there are any who won't be resurrected. The righteous... AND the unrighteous will be resurrected. Who else IS there?
6. It IS stated, however, that ALL will have to stand before the judgment seat... and that does take place immediately after the general resurrection. Those who take part in the FIRST resurrection... have been before that seat... or are standing it before it now. That's how they are determined able to take part in the 'first' resurrection. The REST... have to wait until 'the thousand years have ended'... and Satan is hurled into the Lake of Fire.
So... 'logic' would dictate that Adam, Eve, and Judas, too, must BE resurrected... to stand TRIAL, be JUDGED, receive SENTENCE... and have that sentence CARRIED OUT.
I bid you the greatest of peace.

On what basis do you base the statement that Adam/Eve rejected JESUS?

Hello, JAT, and may you have peace!
It's actually quite simple: Adam and Eve had, as do we, only two choice... choose LIFE... or choose DEATH. Choose the Tree of Life... or choose the Tree of Knowledge. They chose the Tree of Knowledge.
The Tree of Life, the one they 'rejected'... IS my Lord. He is 'the TRUE vine', the 'Tree planted by streams of water', the 'Tree on this side of the river and that produces twelve crops of fruit'... indeed, he is the One of which my Father said, "SPROUT!"
HE is the 'tree' from which ANY may eat... and gain life!
Adam and Eve CHOSE... the other 'tree'... which led them to Death. The 'tree' of my Lord IS life (John 14:6)... and leads them TO Life, my Father, the Holy One of Israel, JAH OF ARMIES. Judas rejected that Tree... and sold it... for thirty pieces of silver. Thus, all three showed their 'father' to be NOT my Father, JAH, nor my Lord, His Son, JAHESHUA MISCHAJAH, but Satan... and HIS 'father'... Death.
But... kes is correct; my Father will show mercy upon whomever HE wishes to show mercy. And unlike Adam, who never took the responsibility for what he did and did not repent, Judas DID 'feel regret'. Whether that regret will 'save' him remains to be seen, for my Lord called him 'the Son... of Destruction'. Destruction... is Death, and therefore, just as we, through Christ, are the 'sons of God' and therefore sons of LIFE, Judas, through SATAN... is the 'son' of Death.
I hope this helps... and bid you peace.

A very interesting exchange of biblical ideas. Too bad they're just words in a book and hypothesising and nothing more.
