C'mon, guys. Show some mercy. Castration does'nt always work, it's a crime of violence, not of sex. Soooooo..... they should be given the OPTION of death or, having their arms & legs removed, maybe leave them an arm so they can work. Telemarketing, or something. All profits to go to a victims aid society of course.

Wasn't a priest/molester executed last week in Massachusetts?

The inmates had him executed - a convicted murder and lifer did the deed. He also tortured the guy and probably with relish. What can the law do to him since he's never getting out anyway.

Should they be released? No! Unfortunately, our society doesn't work that way. If the jackass wasn't sentenced to life without the possibility of parole, then sooner or later the time's gonna come when he gets out. I say either change the sentencing laws so as to keep them locked up, or require castration.

Remember, something could "happen" to him one night. What with crime as bad as it is everywhere, who knows when someone's going to break into your house.....I'll stop there.

Exactly. Such acts are sociopathic felonies. Castration (physical or chemical) doesn't prevent felony. Incarceration doesn't prevent felony.

Execution prevents felony.

No. There are people who simply can not be re-habilitated and thereby trusted to live amongst normal people.

Never again should they re-enter society. You could make them work, I suppose, make them work their jobs, and be escorted by jail-house bus back to their cells. Also, cut the nibblies off.

This way, they are unable to hurt anyone, they are paying for their own stay in jail, and there is no way they could ever again be in the presence of a child alone.
