Nothing in it would cause someone to think he might be "bitter", or have any knowledge of his current romantic state.

Let the forum take your comments in Berylblue's thread with a million grains of salt.

I love brie, and at parties, I usually just eat the rind, as it seems to help give it some shape and thereby is easier to deal with.

Brie is the best cheese in the WORLD....I keep some around for a snack all the time. I tend to prefer it with the rind but I think it might be an aquired taste

Baked brie is awesome....great recipies!

Xena -- even though it is French and I am not eating it in protest at the moment -- if I could eat Brie in the presence of someone as beautiful as you I am sure it would be a wonderful experience (by the way I am not trying to hit on you --I am just being honest)

LW, I believe gumby was being humorous. Saying the cheese tasted like poop, just in case your dinner was planned as a romanitc venture, he didn't want your breath to offend your hubby. If I am wrong gumby, please correct me.

the rind is my favorite part. brie is great w/ white wine & slices of pears or asian pears. It also makes a kick-ass fondue. Brie rules! I'll eat half a whell in a day if I dont control myself
