During my recovery over the years. I had this past live experience of being a Cow Girl in South Dakota and owning a cattle ranch. I was the owner of the ranch. I ware pants not dresses . Rode this beautiful painted white and brown horse.

I befriended the Lakota and taught me how to be respectful of the land.

Interesting I took a vision quest across South Dakaota by myself several years ago. My first journey in traveling alone. It was a powerful experiences going through the BadLands and the Black Hills. It was as though I had come home to my self. The energy was powerful in South Dakota.

The memories came flooding in as to my experiences of the land. And the hardship. This was back in the 1800's. I loved the land.

I'm sticking to my story, whether anybody else believe's in past lives. Its not important to me to be validated in my experience. This validates me being a spiritual being.

So imagine this. You are the parent of a young child and are killed soon after it's birth. You get slipped back into the body of a newborn baby and are raised by a nice family. Years later in college you meet this hot person and you fall and love and do things people in love do.

Only to find out through some magic that the person you are bedding is actually the child you were the parent of just 20 years earlier.

    A glitch in the matrix?

Well with the crap I've had to deal with in this life, I must have been a real prick in my past life.

    I'm thinking The Marquis...
    Some of his quotes..
    Caprice

N ever lose sight of the fact that all human felicity lies in man's imagination, and that he cannot think to attain it unless he heeds all his caprices. The most fortunate of persons is he who has the most means to satisfy his vagaries.

    Evil

E vil is a moral entity and not a created one, an eternal and not a perishable entity: it existed before the world; it constituted the monstrous, the execrable being who was also to fashion such a hideous world. It will hence exist after the creatures which people this world.

    Happiness

H appiness lies neither in vice nor in virtue; but in the manner we appreciate the one and the other, and the choice we make pursuant to our individual organization.

    Imagination

H ow delightful are the pleasures of the imagination! In those delectable moments, the whole world is ours; not a single creature resists us, we devastate the world, we repopulate it with new objects which, in turn, we immolate. The means to every crime is ours, and we employ them all, we multiply the horror a hundredfold.

    Persecution

M iserable creatures, thrown for a moment on the surface of this little pile of mud, is it decreed that one half of the flock should be the persecutor of the other? Is it for you, mankind, to pronounce on what is good and what is evil?

    Principles

E very principle is a judgment, every judgment the outcome of experience, and experience is only acquired by the exercise of the senses; whence it follows that religious principles bear upon nothing whatever and are not in the slightest innate. Ignorance and fear, you will repeat to them, ignorance and fear -- those are the twin bases of every religion.

    Virtue

A h, Eugénie, have done with virtues! Among the sacrifices that can be made to those counterfeit divinities, is there one worth an instant of the pleasures one tastes in outraging them?

the thing about it Stacy is that human sexuality and reincarnation do not hold certain 'morals'. What is moral in this lifetime has nothing to do with what is moral in the last, and morality is not determined by the same rules from one culture to another---so why should it be from one lifetime to the next? People who believe in reincarnation usually accept the idea that the same group of people travel incarnations together...so who might be your lover this time around could have been a parent or child the last time around. In fact alot of homosexual's who believe in reincarnation will admit that they may have been opposite genders once before or even the same but other gender...so basically sex is sex and morals are determined by the particulars of the incarnation.

I love my husband with a multi-layered kind of love...sometimes I have the same affection for him that I would have for a child of mine, sometimes I love him most as a genderless friend...so who knows what we have been to each other in the past? Certainly he feels his current parents were his children once, as he has always been the 'parent' in their relationship and was more mature than they were when he was still a child. He has an odd relationship with his father, almost a karmically linked feeling of being responsible for him. It has at different times proved to be troublesome in our marriage. But after seeing the dynamics of their relationship for the last 7 years, I understand it better now---don't always like it---but I understand it. Perhaps his father and I were siblings once and Lee was our parent and there was sibling rivalry? I don't know, but it could have been with all the weird stuff that goes on among us now.

Also reincarnation is not random. It is planned while you are in the spirit world(I call it Summerland---others call it by other names)so, it would not necessarily happen that someone would choose to come back so quickly or in those circumstances unless there was some very important work that needed to be done together and there was no other relevant alternative.
