I've had all I can standz...I can't standz no more!!

Training camp starts later this week and I for one am grateful. I know...I know...she's at it again. Well, blast it...I like hockey...I enjoy hockey...and by golly, I want hockey season!!!

Good grief...it's bad when you have to pull out "Mystery, Alaska" to get a hockey fix these days. Don't get me wrong...Russell Crowe on skates ain't nuthin' to sneeze at...

come to think of it...it ain't bad at all..

Lucky me, the Hockey Hall of Fame is only a paultry 20-25 minute subway ride from me.

Also, I live near a rink, and watch hockey whenever I want.....365 days a year. Ted Reeve Arena.

Toronto Maple Leaf jerseys, flags and other paraphenalia are everywhere here....so I can be 'in the moment' any time I wish.

Aztec, is having a bit of withdrawl too. Her beloved Red Wings haven't hit the ice in Motown just yet, but we'll never hear the end of it.

Don't ask her what her favourite bird is. She has an aversion to ducks these days.

The Maple Laughs didn't do too well last season.
