I never thought that I would ever say this again in my life time: It's good to be back in radio!!!
I suppose I will be staying late today because of settling in and all that. You should see the shambles the former ops man left my office in. I pray that I do not find anything too gross or cruddy.
This evening, I am looking at apartments. The move is not something that I am looking forward to. But, I hope to find a fun little loft in the art district part of town.

I'd rather have a root canal than hafta move....the ONLY thing I like about it is when everything is in its place and nothing's been lost, stolen or broken...and I can find everything at last...

Thank you for your well wishes. I have a feeling that since I am now on the management side of things that I have some rather interesting karma coming from the talent side. I suddenly feel rather badly for my past music directors, program directors and managers that I used to be difficult with. The only thing that used to save my butt was my ratings. I guess we will see what the air talent has in store for me.
Frannie, I will only be on the air occasionally. But I will be doing a lot of production.
Amen to your move comments. I am being very careful with the way that I have been packing things. Everything is well wrapped and the boxes are marked. I can't wait til I have the yard sale to get rid of all the junk.
I am off to work now.
