I don't know if the internet will bring down the watchtower society but I'm sure it is putting it in a pretty bad mood.

mean when you use a search engine and type in watchtower, or Jehovah, or Jesus, or witnesses, Jehovah's Witnesses, 99% of yuor hits are against not for the watchtower!
Well said! I cannot see how a witness cannot have seen and read at least some of the long lists that are provided. JW's sneek as do all other people. In the privacy of ones own home it is no telling how much exposer the average Jehovahs Witness must have had to injest by now that it makes you wonder how powerfull the internet is and will become.
Many who are now here at this site have told stories of coming out of the watchtower by means of reading something on the net and ending up here......... All of this was foretold by the prophet Isaiah ........... "And the people will stream to the Mountain of Simon and the little one will become a mighty nation" ( Isa. 66:25) How happy we can be brothers, that Jehovah has truely blessed his people in weeding out the weeds from the chaff and we can see in a bountifull way how people are streaming out of the Kingdom Halls and on to the Forum where they recieve true spiritual food at the proper time, and no lips of an evil apostate will ever be spoken again! Yes, you to can gain this wonderful blessing by contacting those listed at the bottom of this page.

Are you implying the Witnesses are spreading Aids? If you are.....how do you come to that reasoning?Where the public awareness of disease propagation is limited, the disease spread rapidly. Is it totally a coincidence that the countries of rapid growth of JW population are also the countries of rapid growth in AIDS population?

I just want massive change --apologies for all the needlessly lost lives -- e.g. the blood issue. I also want them to allow Christian Freedom -- freedom of choice etc on waht we can read or watch or talk to without fear of being disfellowshipped-- and disfellowshipping to be completely adjusted -- d/fing should be an absolute last resort for somebody who continues to go in a course contrary to what the scriptures say -- and finally for all CO/DO/Elders/ Branch Committee to get off their power trip.
Yes, stillajwexelder that would be nice. As soon as I see the pigs climbing our trees I will check the watchtower and see if the changes are being made.

I do believe that the WTS knew long ago that the internet was going to be its worst enemy and its killer. They full well know that this is the age of intelligence and information. No person in their right mind wants to be a brain dead person. That is why so many have left.
Then on the other side of the coin their are those who a too paranoid and fearful to look on the internet thinking it to be an instrument of the Devil. For those I have great pity. They are fearful of life in every aspect. They teach this fear to control their children and its congs. Yes they will continue to be what I refer to as " YesBots." They are not allowed to think for themselves. Heaven forbid if you do show this rebellious spirit. Some would be shocked to know or to be aware that the society enters this site as do elders and others of rank and file, they would be appauled by it. I know if I had been aware I would have left the Borg. years ago. What Hypocricy.
If you are a JW just hovering in here, ask many of us for the truth and you will find out that the WTS does come in here for fear of the things we know about them. How do you think they know what to print about in the magazines or talk about at assemblies or special meetings. They get it here...
They are no greater than any other religious organization , in fact I find them to be more decietful to the people of the organization, because they are the liars that Jesus spoke in his illustrations and in the Revelation.

Maybe the one poster is right.
It may not bring them down.. but cause a big upheaval and a split.
Just like Russell split off from the original thing he was in to.
There has been quite a few religions who split and then become two different religions.
Any kind of breaking down of it's inflexible rules and regulations would be great new to me.
