It's like LDH mentioned - for jws, vitrually no issue is too small, no commemoration not a personal challenge to their display of 'faith', no molehill - well, just left as a molehill.
They saw this with a view that it was a show of patrioitism instead of a memorial rememberance. So they rose to the challenge of this test. You can just hear them now, relating to their families, other jws, and in meeting parts - 'Yes, we had a great test of faith to overcome at work, as our employer wanted (I wouldn't be surprised if they used the term 'demanded') that we wear red, white, and blue to work on 9/11!'
We flew a flag in front of our house! And I put out the flag hearts and flowerbed flag (you know wooden decorations for your planter box)
