Sens, I love Vivaldi!
I would have written Pachelbel's Canon. I love that piece! It's very fun to play if you are a violinist however, if you play viola, cello or bass it's kind of repetitive. Hence the Canon eh?
As far as modern music goes I would love to have penned "Big Yellow Taxi" by Joni Mitchell. Great song, great lyrics!
