PS - Harm is harm, regardless of it's nature. I think what I am looking for is intent or malice. Sometimes a person will harm another person, but not intentionally or with malice, this is not what I am looking for.

Yep! I do know an intentionally harmful and malicious person.

Sure! As I tell my daughter, never talk about anything the statue of limitations has not run out on, never talk about where the bodies are buried, never tell them where the money is, and never talk about anything you don't want coming up in divorce court!
