I watch that channel all weekend long. My favorite is "Good Eats". Alton Brown is the Bill Nye of food. I highly recommend the show.

The Food Network recently came to our town and filmed a segment at an El Chico Restaurant that we frequent. It should air sometime during the November sweeps. Do November sweeps count on a culinary network?

My favorites are Unwrapped, Good Eats, $40 a day, Best Of, Food Finds, All American Festivals, Iron Chef, Emeril, Food 911, etc.
Pretty much any show but Martha Stewart or any of those southern belle women and their foofy cooking! (no insult meant to southern women!)
I love that channel, much to my husband's dismay!
