The good doctor is correct, as always.
When we were good little Dubs, we all we certain that every single Watchtower prophecy and prediction came true or would soon come true, so it should come as no surprise that active Dubs today retain the same illusion.
When you examine the Watchtower's teaching, and look for predictions that came about WHEN predicted and AS predicted, you will find volumes and volumes of back-pedalling and revisionism, and NOT ONE SINGLE WORD that came to pass WHEN predicted and AS predicted.
The year 1914 is an excellent example. Originally the WTS taught that 1914 would bring armageddon and the end of the world. It didn't, of course, so AFTER 1914 the WTS revised its own history (and borrowed a page from the Millerite movement) by "clarifying" their understanding. Christ came INVISIBLY in 1914, they now say.
I expect that someday they'll get new light telling them that Armageddon came invisibly in 1975, but the worldwide apostate community has beaten them to the punch on that prophecy. In fact, the worldwide apostate community is rapidly co-opting all the avenues, alleys and escape hatches that the WTS might someday use by announcing them in advance, before Jehovah's Holy Spirit (tm) reveals it to the snoozing geezers in Brooklyn.
Just as the present generation of JWs loks down their noses at the primitive and error-filled doctrinal legacy of Russell, Rutherford and Knorr-Franz, so the Dubs of the future will dismiss the "memory" of Ted Jaracz with a sniffle and the excuse, "He was simply a fallible old man, and he was crazy and pathological besides. Our leaders today are much more closely atuned to Jehovah's truth. Why, Look! - we celebrate birthdays and Christmas, we don't practice shunning, we accept blood transfusions, we operate charities and we strive to manifest the personality of Christ, much as Russell originally taught, only to be later perverted by Rutherford, Knorr-Franz and Jaracz."
