The religious freedoms granted by the constitution is manly for the person not those claiming to run a religion.
Nonsense. No distinction whatsoever is made. The First amendment, for your consideration.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
Disfellowshipping anyone from any religion is the right of a religion. Forcing someone to speak to someone they choose not to speak to for religious reasons would be a VIOLATION of the 1st Amendment. And why in the hell would you want to talk to someone who is being FORCED to talk to you in the first place?
Every few months on here you come spouting off about CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS, Brokeback, without any real knowledge about the nature of what such lawsuits are intended for, (clue: not for the governmental destruction of wacky religions). Its not adding to the conversation.
