Yes, it’s true that most Witnesses will not leave until something happens to them personally. I agree that public displays like this will not sway any JW who has not had that fateful ‘something’ open their eyeballs so that they can never look at the religion the same way again!
NONJWSPOUSE:
I agree that the ‘lack of love’ (which was a mouthful that encompassed many things) was the first thing that opened a crack in my mind. Many things followed but it was the 1995 Generation teaching that was the final thing that told me I must leave.
