As a word to the wise - there was absolutely no way of knowing that there was something wrong with the meal. It tasted so good.

I ate at an Indian restaurant here in Toronto.

Totally vegetarian.

Guess what? I was so sick, I couldn't believe it.

I was going (both ends...sorry), and had cold chills, vomiting, diarrhea, and nausea for hours.

To say I was sick because of meat-related food: NO

I think the preparation warranted inspection for cleanliness and hygiene.

Oddly enough, the place I had eaten at, had incredible bathrooms, soap, towel dispenser.

But the cooking staff? How am I to know they used it?

Sorry to hear/read of your food poisoning LT. It ain't fun.
