Frenchy: Don't worry babe, I can take constructive critisism pretty well, one of my closest friends told me it looked like I got shot in the face with a bb gun. :)

Xena: It would be just a hole, but if I kept it out long enough, it would close up and nothing would be there. I had another lip peircing but didn't like it, and that hole is just starting to dissapear, and an eyebrow one is completely gone - I go through phases :( Most peircings have to stay in the whole time or if taken out, need to be put back in within hours or it would close up. My ears are the exception.

What do I think? I think you oughta leave your beautiful face alone.

I agree with Teejay, you are unique and have a beautiful face with a pair of eyes that would stop anyone paying any attention, in their tracks. So my advice, which may be worth what you are paying for it, is leave your face alone, it is just fine the way it looks naturally. On the other hand it is your face, so if you're happy, then I'm happy. Only question remains, who are you trying to impress, yourself or someone else ??

The only piercings I have left are my ears. I had the eyebrow and belly button and tongue.

Guys this is something a lot of us girls do these days. We do it for ourselves. It's a little statement we make. I got mine as soon as I got into college. They aren't tattoes and they will disappear within a short period of time.

No one here would complain about the tongue piercing, if you were dating someone who had one

I like it, but then I love piercings. One of my exgirlfriends had 17 differents piercings. I'm planning on getting some but because of my job they have be able to be covered by clothing.

Shutterbug: I am not trying to impress anyone. heh, thats not the type of person I am. I am however, very happy with the way I look with the exception of maybe getting on some acne treatment medication. I do not really care what others think about what I do, I care about my well being though. On the other hand, peircings are certainly not rare. I do not get any odd stares like I used to when I was younger with peircings. I see them as body art, and when done in moderation, can look, atleast to me, very pretty. Everyone has their own opinion of what the beauty standard is. Sometimes tattoos and peircings do not fit into that mold, but not in my opinion.

That girl who won the first American Idol, Kelly Clarkson has one also. Looks cool, but I can't stand pain, so mine would have to be super glued!

To me, piercings aren't any different than wearing a necklace or anklet, or makeup. I think they draw attention to and enhance facial features in unique, exotic ways. I understand some guys prefer the natural thing, and that's cool too. I'm just glad the guy I'm going to marry has similar taste as me.

Guess I'm happy with the holes God gave me

Whatever makes you happy Bot....At least with a piercing if your not happy with it one day I guess you take the stud out and it grows back over with a tiny scar ...right.

Nipple and genital piercings must be the most painful though......any comments!

Hey, jwbot, I should get one of those and have some fun squirting water out of the hole.

    How far can you shoot?

Is that along the lines of what Rosanna Arquette told John Travolta in Pulp Fiction?
