The US has an extradition treaty with the Cayman islands. It won't be that great a place for them to run to. Escaping to a foreign country AND keeping whatever money you took is a lot more complicated than most people think.

This is hilarious! I can't see those slug/parasites ever leaving their penthouses and extravagant lifestyles running off to an island. I hope you're right/I'm wrong.

Personally, I suspect that if/when the Org's tax exemption were on the verge of being lost, they would be just overconfident (and/or desperate) enough that they'd be willing to try it.
