Yes, but there are not two witnesses. No matter, this they will gladly report to authorities.... because Jehovah's Name will not be tarnished ...so as Vidiot said, the organization will play this up for all its worth.

Protecting the Organizations image is what's the most important. That was leaked on some video uploaded very recently.
Organization comes first,,,people's lives, feelings, well being, safety doesn't matter to them.

They Call the police , because this is a non related issue for the Kingdom Hall . ( Period )
If it happens within the Kingdom Hall , you notify the Kingdom Hall , after you notify the Police so that the proper procedure's are followed according to Local Magistrates .( city , Govt Etc... )
