Here's a breaking news update I just received from CNN.

-- Appeals court rules national "do-not-call" registry can be implemented while court considers whether it violates telemarketers' free speech. Watch CNN or log on to

I really don't see what the problem is with a no call list . It is completely fair for people to say they don't want solicitation over the phone . It is voluntary for people to sign and not mandatory . We have an unlisted number that we pay extra for but the minute you open a bank account they add your name to a solicitors list and start calling your number at will , what's fair about that ? These people claim any information you give them can be used as a legal contract over the phone making it about impossible to keep them from defrauding you and it's happened to me already. I say put me on the friggen list already.

Is this the ol' Naeblis of old or a joker? lol - which still could be the same.

    If my ol' Nae............welcome back.

If not..............well, bad choice of names. Welcome anyway!

It is I my old tarrying friend. This name is a clever play on words on the old name? Get it? Get it? Yeah.. it's not that clever. (or true)

I registered a few months ago, but still get a few calls a day. I always ask them "Why are you calling me? I am on the do not call list?" Then they ask me "Do you want to be on OUR do not call list?"

What the hell is that all about? I just say................."I'm on the list, do NOT call me again."

    So irritating.

However, if you have bought from any of them, or contributed to the charity, they can call you again. So if you have had your carpets cleaned, you are still on their lists.
