Guns? In your house?
Do all the stairs lead up to the attic?
Doesn’t sound like a good idea to have guns in the house to me.

Having guns in my house saved my family's life 3 years ago. We had three intruders break into our house in the wee hours of the night. One of the kids forgot to set the alarm that night. Both my girl and I are competition shooters and we have a plan laid out for the whole family in case of a break in. As soon as we heard the glass break in the living room it took less than a minute for both my girl and I to put on our body armor, arm ourselves and head to the kid's bedroom. They sleep at the end of the house. To get to the end of the house you have to come through the fatal funnel.
All it took was ONE SHOT at the end of the funnel which hit a metal encased cabinet at the other end which was planned for that very purpose.
They ran like Rabbits.
We called the police and it took them 20 minutes to get there.
mickbobcat It doesn't look like the bill to remove all guns is going to pass in the Senate. There are several Democrats that love Guns and are not willing to have all the guns removed.

Slimboyfat you sound like eurotrash who has been deballed. Where on earth would you keep a gun at the Gov head quarters for safe keeping? LOL. Obviously you did not watch president house plant fall up the stairs.

I just bought 10 Pmags 30 round standard capacity mags to sell when they try to ban them. One can still get them for 9.35 each. Still cheap. Not for long under president house plant.

10 more dead from a mass shooting morning. However big your personal Arsenal is, how are you going to save your loved ones from a random Shooter at a Shop or wherever ?
Not totally banning gun ownership, but far stricter controls seems to me to be the only way to go.

Yes! Because people who ignore laws about murdering other people will obey gun control laws. That makes good sense!

DOC, stricter Controls can involve a lot that would mitigate against that. The Right to Carry being enforced in a much stricter way, for one, who owns and has access to guns and how they are stored etc.
The last mass shooting in the U.K was many years ago, but it happened, despite certain laws being in place, we have tightened those here. Not one mass shooting since.
Your argument is the same as "people will illegally drive vehicles so we will have no licencing or laws controlling their use ". Fatuous.
