It may well beat the "six months" he may have gotten elsewhere, but I think this is a little extreme.
Are the lashes meted out before, between or after the hangings?
As a side note, when I was about 7 or 8 years old I heard a news report about someone being 'arrainged' but since I was not up on legal terms I heard re-hanged. Ok, well I thought it was funny anyway.
