I think your family will enjoy the movie. You might get a big kick out of the big Aussie shark character named
uncleBruce too.I showed that pic to my girls a few days ago and they thought it was hilarious. But they are a bit older than your boys... I hope they won't be too traumatised!!

Simon, you're a sick man.
My kids have'nt seen it yet, I think it comes out on DVD here soon. From what I hear, a lot of kids didn't want to go to the dentist after watching his movie, something about a dentist in the movie having a fishtank. Guess I will have to watch it to get the full story!

I just heard this morning that Walt Disney is allowing PETA to use characters from the film to promote their agenda in a commmercial of some sort. The clip I saw had the NEMO characters swimming around saying that "Fish are friends, not food".

I found it an odd affiliation for Disney and I'm sure as it gets out there more, there will be some flack about it. I'm glad my child is older - I wouldn't want PETA pushing their radical views on fish protection this way using something geared towards children. Some folks may agree with them about fish but geez- if you don't you may have a hard time getting your kids to eat fish in years to come.
Sorry PETA, but my opinion is that as an adult- sure-try to sway ME because I have enough knowledge to be able to make a reasonable assessment of the situation and deal with it accordingly for my life but don't try to push your point and your beliefs on my child through cartoon characters !!
