I squeeze it flat and push it to the top, hate to roll it and don't squeeze from the middle.

Might I recommend the bottle type dispenser...it sits upside down on a wide flat flip-up lid..........no rolling squeezing or terminating an otherwise beautiful relationship!!!.......lol

We just squeeze it...no rolling. When the tube gets low we just slide the toothpaste tube on the edge of the counter to push the rest to the top of the tube.

Doc, that's what I do too.

BTW, my wife and I are both rollers.

Really it amazes me that people make such a fuss about it. I just squeeze it. But when someone has rolled it I just continue this. What matters to me is that the paste comes out.

But what really is annoying is when you are sitting on the tiolet and someone didn't change the roll of paper eventhough they used it up so you are left with just the carton tube. ARRRRGGGG
