As a hypothetical thought exercise, if say you had absolute power and carte blanche to change anything you wanted in the Org and its teachings and policies, and no one at Brooklyn would challenge your changes, what would you immediately change?

I would change the policy about lying to the flock and come clean on (among other things) Beth Sarim, 1975, Rand Cam, the United Nations, and report all the pedophiles to the authorities.

I like Stacy's idea.
Otherwise, assuming that the organization has to exist, and simply rules are changed, I would state that all witnesses CAN, and SHOULD associate with all their friends and family, regardless of religious beliefs, and regardless if they left the organization or not.
The complete shunning doctrine would be obsolete.
