Maybe someone who understands their language can ask the city council to send them a scanned copy where they claim to be a business, and send it on the net!
Oh, well. Maybe it'll be like in Mexico, where they said that the government would not allow them to be a religion. I know. I was there at the time.
That changed when churches were allowed back into owning real estate!
