Who Is This Larouche Guy Anyway?

  I keep falling over the sayings of Mister Larouche everytime that I take a peek at You Knows posts.

  I decided to investigate some of his writings. It seems to me that he has 2 bees in his bonnet, the first is that the USA is about to plunge into economical decline, the second indicates that 'lil' ole England wants to subvert the entire United States and pinch all it's wealth.

  Can someone give me some background on this fellow? Is he a respected sort of guy or is he a shrimp short of a seafood salad? There seems to be lots of web pages written BY him, I would very much appreciate knowing some more ABOUT him.

  I am not advocating his politics. The Watchtower quotes presidents, statesmen, and historians all the time. They frequently cite UN officials as experts. Does that mean that the Watchtower is advocating any of their politics? Of course not. Everyone in the world has a political bias; every newspaper filters their news through their own particular bias. That all has to be factored in when forming your own opinion about what's going on in the world. I simply respect LaRouche's expert observations as to what is going on and what is likely to occur soon. I do not advocate his proposed solutions to the looming crises. / You Know

  Most amusing, however being a free spirit does not make me inferior either intellectually or spiritually, despite having had an upbringing that strived to deprive me of both. I don't believe that I have ever succumbed to personal insults against you, perhaps you could accord me the same courtesy.

  E'man: take a close look at the stuff YK posts about LaRouche. The only 'credentials' he can offer is from LaRouche's organization. There are no independent sources that would verify his competence or credentials. His 'expertise' is a figment of his imagination and that of suckers like YK. His predictions are as wrong as Bobby's.

  If it wasn't pitiful it would be funny how, inevitably, YK's heroes are as utterly goofy as he.

  I've not heard of this guy until recently. He does seem to be very anti- British as the following extracts show:
