I just thought about it.
If every dub were to take a two month vacation from the 'tower treadmill, no literature, no meetings, no service, no association, no continual reinforcement of the worldview...
I wonder how many would go back?
BTW, this is exactly what I did. Two months has turned into two years now!

Yeah all dubs need a time out to become a human individual again. Get some reading and thinking done to get those little grey cells hummin'.

I was explaining to a counselor about the JW view of "independent thinking"... the look on his face was priceless. "So they think it's good to be a drone?" If it hadn't been such a serious conversation, I would have been rotfl.
