Sheila and family,I am sorry for your pain, it is hard to lose your pet and especially to be forced to make that hard choice of letting her go.
we have a little bichon and she is truly a part of our family.I can`t even think of loosing her.

oh, sheila, i am so sorry to hear this. i know how hard it is to make this decision. i had this chihuahua, his name was cricket, i got him when he was six weeks onld and i was five years old. he died january of this year. it positively broke my heart. i've never really had anyone clsoe to me die before so it was sort of my first death experience. i should have had him euthanized long before he died but i couldn't bear to do it. i know it hurts SO bad right now, but you did the unselfish thing.

Sheila, Oh I am sorry for you. The pain of putting down a pet is so heartbreaking. Our vet always allows me to stay while I hold and pet my critter. They die very peacefully. But when he says "Her heart has stopped she's gone." I want to scream, but I don't. So today my heart will break a little bit with yours. Panda

Sorry about your dog Sheila..
I am what I call a "dog person". I have a West Highland Terrier.. and she is 10. I dread thinking of her not being with me.
She is so much a part of my household. Each one of the kids fulfill a certain role for her. One kid is the one that has to carry her around so she can see out the windows. One son is the one she plays with alot and she lays on his chest on the couch. and our little guy is the one she knows she can get to give her lots of treats.
You can't not love her that would really be impossible.

That is really terrible news! I'm so sorry for what you're going through. I've had pets all my life and the pain is just awful when they're gone; they definitely become a member of the family.
