Actually, I've heard that a good sex work-out can help unblock your sinuses. I'm not joking.
Even if it doesn't, at least you'll have fun trying.

Stillajwexelder, bourbon, hot water and honey? Do you mix them together or do you just have a shot of bourbon and follow that up with hot water mixed with honey? I never have had bourbon.
Pour in the hot water to a glass - add honey and mix to dissolve -- add a healthy shot of bourbon -mix and drink and above all try and breathe in the vapors
