I can't for the life of me get the search feature here to find the "Post your picture here:" thread.
There aren't that many photos of me that actually exist. But last weekend I did a job for the condo where I live, and they documented my small effort.
If some one could post a link to the "Post your picture here:" thread, I'll put the link there.
Otherwise I'll go all narcissistic and post it here.

It's a matter of understanding which parts are under tension, which parts are under compression and relieving the stress understanding the needs of each part.
Very organic, it becomes second nature once you understand how to carefully release the pressure.
