Thank you Sentinel! I will respond personally as well tonight!
Panda-I just wanted to share something so exciting, so soon after I revealed the life changing events happening in my life right now. 3 weeks ago, I, uninvited, stopped at an attorney's office just 8 miles away from home, to leave my resume. The door was locked at only 4:20pm, but as the building is a late 1800's store-front structure (right out of "Gunsmoke" and I have been unable to stop my daydreams about working in this office) I could see that all the lights were on and that there had been recent activity at the front desk, so I knocked. As I was about to leave the lawyer came to the door so I introduced myself (picture the funny shit going through my mind about old field service experiences and how I am not intimidated to knock at anyone's door anymore!) and submitted the resume. He asked me "not to run off" and we talked a bit. Well...............he called last week and asked me to come in for an interview and would hear back from him this week. Well guess what? He called yesterday to tell me I GOT HIRED AS HIS LEGAL ASSISTANT! I START THIS MORNING! Wish me luck!

I do believe things happen that just are not explainable, which very well can include NDE's. If someone is going to say they experienced it, I will not argue with them. I find it facinating.

Freedom96: Thanks for not being judgemental as to OBE's and NDE's. Speaking personally here, it is a bad enough experience to have these events and not be able to find some structure in which to frame them or someone who will validate what we went through. When I became my own person, the reasonable and rashionable solution became more clear to me.
It seems reasonable to me that the soul would want to be ready to leave the body, if the body were actually on the verge of dying. Perhaps the event of so many seeing and experiencing similar things, is just the reality of the soul on the way out of the physical host--and trying to re-establish the connection to the creators in the spiritual realm. Why would anyone wish to discount such an occurrence? In the physical state, and being injured or incapacitated, we have no control over what happens to us in the spiritual sense--but the human mind and body certainly can maintain some control over the human aspect of it's precious life. Thus the pull can be quite strong, between staying in the human host, alive as a human being, and shifting back to the spiritual universe--the true home of our soul.
Debra: Congratulations on your new position!!
