The case of the 2 infected hairdressers in St. Louis comes to mind - several clients all masked - none that were tested were positive or became ill.
I do know some hospitals - especially when short handed before the mammoth outbreak here/medical personnel being laid off - are negligent and will use any walking breathing human to help them in ER with aged family member. Everyone 'assuming' the heat had killed anything resembling a virus (idiots) and a week later the area gobsmacked with infections/deaths following. Death rate still not down here. Bottom line - many are negligent and know very little about it - obviously, more than previously.
