    Serial Killer Converted to God

    Perth serial killer Richard Dorrough had found God and was struggling to live with the guilt of three murders on his conscience when he decided to take his own life last year.

    The West Australian [newspaper] can reveal Dorrough, who admitted killing three times in a suicide note, became a Jehovah’s Witness after door-knocking “missionaries” visited his Byford home months before his death.

    It is understood he was unable to reconcile his dark past with his new life, prompting his decision to confess to his crimes before shooting himself.

    The 37-year-old did not reveal in his note who his victims were or where and when they died.

    Funny how welcoming the JWs are of serial killers (like Peter Sutcliffe, the Yorkshire Ripper).

    Yet simply question the Governing Body's own claim that they speak for god ... and they cannot stand to have you in their presence.

    At least this guy took himself out. Wonder what counsel he was given. Probably that if it happened before he was JW he was off the hook. Too bad he did nothing to close the cases or help the families in his repentance.

    Ha! So I guess we can add this guy to the list of Jehovah's Witnesses who have committed suicide. And the number rises and rises!

    Not to make light of the fact that WT truly drives good people to commit suicide...but for WT to drive a hardened criminal and murderer to commit self-murder...now that says a lot about this batty and crazed religion!

    I would imagine this man's mental health issues were well behond the holy "Trinity" of JW worship: Study more, Go to meetings more and preach more.

    Oh well, they can trot out a few lines like: "Only Jehovah knows what's in the individual's heart", or "Another one for the resurrection" or "Serial killers are easy pickings for religion" (perhaps they won say the last one).

    Wait... any proof that he actually became a JW? As in becoming a publisher & getting baptized. Merely being a return visit or a bible study DOESN'T COUNT. Just sayin'...
