And Valis- the squirrels are all fidgety - trying to hide away those last winter morsels- funny, I wonder if they ever find all the stuff they hide !! There is one squirrel in particular who keeps askin after "the crazy guy with the camera"

Ginny called me the other night. She's doing fine. Living by a river and raising her son.
If I hear from her again I'll tell her you miss her.

Man that must be nice to live next to a river. What a great place to raise a child. A child who can swim of course

W/Sonic and also w/Hedgie (the one that just passed) they were both eating/drinking/exercising/eliminating fine.......then w/in a week they got really skinny, lethargic and cold. The kids and I tried everything. They got weak and w/in a few days passed on. The first one passed months ago. We thought that maybe he was the runt and maybe just wasn't the healthiest of the litter....but since the other one passed-I don't know. I called a veterinarian friend of mine who said the only way to find out would be to do a necropsy. But we passed on it since it really doesn't matter now. She said it could have been something genetic. Who knows. The kids took it hard. Nathan wants a rabbit now. sigh.......
