I figured it is likely one of three possibilities:
1 - Over righteous JW Rosie fan shoved it in her hand as a gift as she walked out of court
2 - She might read it willingly (no comment)
or 3 - She was using the Watchtower to prove her case about how magazines over-inflate their circulation reports
