My fience, her daughter, my close family, my self immage as determined set by the standards that I set for myself. That's about it.

.....oh, and pointing out the idiocy and contradictions of religions people belong to and gods they worship. It's more of a past time, but it almost get's to the status of "sacred" for me.

I consider sacred my marriage vows; and my duty to my family. I consider it a sacred duty to be honest and fair, and to offer that to the people in my life. I consider it an honor to have people that love me in my life, and I want to do the best by them by being honest and fair and loving. I live by that every day, as much as I can.

Sometimes, they may not THINK I am fair, because I am not manipulated by their JW machinations, but eventually they will.

It depends on what definition one uses for sacred. In a religious sense, which is what most of the meaning of sacred is, the answer would be definitely not. But in the sense of being highly valued or precious, there are a lot of things, most of which have been mentioned.

Yes, prayer is sacred to me more than most anything other than my kids.

    Life is Sacred.

    Truth is Sacred.

    Freedom is Sacred.

Perhaps an alternate version of this question might have asked; "What would you be prepared to die for?"

Like everyone else, my kids would be at the very top of the list, I would die to preserve their lives and their freedom. Would I die for truth? Everyone one of us who is shunned for questioning the Watchtower, who is disfellowshipped for 'apostasy' (bah!) or who DA's on grounds of conscience 'dies' to a greater or lesser degree - especially towards family and friends - but we do it because deep down we know that the truth, the real truth as oppsosed to 'The Truth' ã is important, even sacred.

You know since I left the dubs I have changed that to "What would I be prepared to kill for?" I don't want to die for anything...but there are several things, with my daughter being at the top of the list, that I would be prepared to kill for to keep safe. lol I guess I left my meek and mild spirit WAY behind me!

Below that list are the things that life would be empty or incomplete without...
