If the WTS were given control of a small country tomorrow to govern as they pleased, they'd soon become number 14.
Many of those countries don't show up on the JW annual report, but there were over 380,000 JWs who were considered "active" in Nigeria in 2017, 57,000+ in Sudan, 177,000+ in Pakistan, 93,000+ in Malaysia.
They probably concentrate on poaching converts from "Christendom" rather than trying to convert Muslims.

So in all those 14 countries(and may be many more), the most important life saving work about the most high god is banned, for many decades.

No, it does not make sense at all. If this was really a work that was backed by God, JWs would be proudly walking down the street preaching to all they could see, and without any fear, since Jellohoba and his angels would make sure to protect them.
But instead, you can be sure that for example in Saudi Arabia, or Pakistan, absolutely zero JWS do preaching work. Perhaps a hand full of locals get a hold of Watchtower litteratrash and pass it to others in secret, even that is doubtful.
So much for preaching in all the inhabited earth. Hundreds of new people are born everyday, and zero preaching in countries that put together make more than half of all humans.
So why not bring the big A already? Cause it's bullshit, thats why.

Per jw.borg, there were 1109 JWs preaching in Pakistan in 2017 (got some numbers from my post higher up from the wrong column - the website report is certainly not easy to manipulate)
So it's not "absolutely zero", but it is pretty small. And a I noted, it's probably mostly preaching at people who are already Christian.
But your point is well taken - There are virtually no JWs preaching at all to about 1/2 of earth's population.
As I've stated many times - if there really were a Jehovah, and if he had really "entrusted a worldwide preaching work" to be done by JWs, he'd execute the lot of them for the piss-poor hash they've made out of the work.
What Vidiot about the JWs being number 14 is SO TRUE. I remember once when I was around 12, my mother told me that if we, referring to the JWs, were allowed to stone our kids, she would. What was my crime, you might be asking? Absolutely NOTHING. She just told me that out of the blue. She said the only reason JWs don't stone their kids is "because of the law of the land doesn't permit it". Yea, she was a real peach, and I mean that sarcastically.

A JW from Malaysia once told me that were they to even attempt to witness to just one Muslim person, the JWs would be banned from that country.
Instead, the Malaysian JWs focus on the Buddhist, Hindu and Christian elements of the population. And, as others here have correctly guessed, most of the "converts" have come from the Christian population.
(The majority of Malaysia's population is made up of the indigenous Malays, who are Muslim by religion. Chinese make up a large minority, most of whom are Buddhists. The other principal group are those whose ancestors came from what was then British India - the modern day countries of India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
