Read in the New York Business review that jw.org made 1 bilion property revenue since august 2016.

Unbelievable, isn't it? They are one of the richest religion organizations in cash flow, for sure.

The CO asked us this morning to "overthink wat we can share, to support the work and make Jehovah happy".

It sure makes them look greedy by continually asking for more money.

Though I'm sure you know what the CO means, it'll be great if you can play dumb and "reason" that making everyone in the congregation aware will make Jehovah happy. I wonder what their response will be.

They don't look greedy; they are greedy.

Well, something tells me maybe they had one of those loans that companies can take out in lew of a big cash amount coming in like the recent building sales. Maybe Warwick almost broke them.

"Recently, Jared and a group of partners acquired several vast properties in Brooklyn from the Jehovah’s Witnesses, for two billion dollars; they are filling them with hip, techie tenants such as Etsy and WeWork."

Yes, and don’t forget: the governing body of Jehovah’s Witnesses has had at their disposal a private jet for some time now. For more on that:

But what is their annual expenditure!? If we knew that, we could get some perspective on their real financial strength.

It's got to be two or three hundred million a year at least. If donations are dramatically drying up and they are having to liquify property capital to help fund expenses, as the evidence suggests, it wont take long for a few billion to get eaten up.

Isn't this what those crazy-ass right-wing survivalists do?

Liquidate all their assets and stock up in anticipation of their world going to hell in a handbasket? :smirk:
