Perhaps they did talk to her about his alibi, but in all those records, there is no mention of it, and there is nothing in the elder handbook that says they have to.

I'm beginning to get a picture of some major failings of this judicial hearing business, and it's not pretty.
Another thing that I've observed in these writings is transcripted notes. I mean, we wouldn't be reading anything in this set of documents if someone didn't write (or electronically record) it all down. However, are not the folks on trial prohibited from doing the same? If so, more unequal rules as I see it.

I'm glad that these creepy religions are being exposed about disgusting practices of crimes against children. I hope a tidal wave of criminal judicial punishment comes against any religion that allows these horrific crimes against children to happen. Time for the ax to fall and chop the head off of the snake like people that run these high control , sick religions and anybody in them who harms children. Peace out, Mr. Flipper
