Could DNA evidence be used as a second witness?
Not among Jehovah's Witnesses. No, they require 2 eyewitnesses, sometimes that means in addition to the victim, sometimes it doesn't. Depends on the elder body. Which is why you'll see entire congregations rally to support a convicted rapist, pedophile, etc. because there were not 2 eyewitnesses. If DNA, or the state by virtue of a conviction, counted, you would not see the congregation giving support.
Big Tex, that also explains why there are convicted JW pedophiles in prison who are still in good standing in their congregations.
It also illustrates the arrogance and hypocrisy of the WTS who accepts court rulings in other areas

Yes sure a digitaal picture can be doctored but I would bet a years salary that if a JC had just one picture and no other witness of a bro/sis associating with an apostate there would be only one outcome THE BIG D
Good ?------I think one could make a case to say that the picture could be doctored or inadmissable. But I would think if the elders got a video of the Hilton girl doing the wild thing, and she was a Witness, she'd be out, based upon the "evidence". As long as to elders "studied" the video, she'd get DF'd.
There was this one brother i kew of who was smoking and had been seen repeatedly by individuals but had always got away under the 2 witness rule. Eventually he was seen smoking by a brother who was carrying a camera and was dfed as a result of the photographic evidence. He was a litlle tosser too.
I know a couple who were dating and both got reproved because an elder got to see a photograph of the brother fondling the sister's tits -- why they were stupid enough to let this be photographed in the first place I do not know -- and then to compound the error by letting the photo get into the wrong hands was stupid
JH, when you come to my house in the second week of January, remind me to show you the 'pictures' that I took that help my brother win his court case.

That story about the couple getting photographed while fondling is too funny; If I were an elder I would think that was a joke, I am sorry.

and that is why the wt system is so flawed- the rules are different everywhere you go
that is why you can't turn to wt for "Justice" to look for justice when there is no justice forth coming is a complete WASTE OF YOUR VAULBLE TIME
