Wien is the new cooking cleaning arrangements coming through? Cant wait to hear the first first-hand account

We always had a buffet style breakfast on Sunday mornings where we would go down to the dining room and grab bread, lunch meat, cheese, pickles, condiments, whatever we needed to make a lunch for between meetings and field service. Those of us young single brothers who were lucky enough to have a mini fridge would grab extra and store it away for snacks.

TheListener Did you ever befriend food service guys? They had keys to the kitchen and could sneak food. Their fridges were always stocked.

Waiters made great roommates. They had unlimited white dress-shirts pressed, so you could always borrow. They had weird working hours, so less time for housekeepers to snoop in your stuff. They didn't have table assignments, so no table head keeping tabs on them.

I believe TakeOffTheCrown was referring to the GB's wives, not the regular Bethelite wives. Certainly they have enough time to fry some bacon and eggs for their men, don't they? What exactly do GB wives do all day?

Oh my! What do the Bethel table heads (in the morning) now do? Back when I was at the house, that was a BIG DEAL to be a table head and direct the flow and direction of the food that the waiters brought out to each table!

Is their main responsibility now to just make sure that you are presented and accounted for, for the morning worship program?
