  Jookbeard - yes, not even that many. I've never met a person that has any idea what the JWs think the good news of the kingdom is. Even the ones that know that 144000 go to heaven don't realise the rest are supposed to be on paradise earth

  Well, yeah, of course.

  I was being extremely generous and counting the percentage of the world's population that might possibly come into contact with a JW engaged in the preaching work over, say, a 20 year time frame.

  The percentage of the world's population who knows anything about JWs or their message, other than "Oh, those are the guys who sell a magazine from door to door, and let their kids die from lack of blood", is well below 1%.

  As I've said numerous times on this forum, if there really were a "Jehovah" as JWs paint him, and he expected their organization to accomplish a "worldwide preaching work", he execute them in a furious rage for the piss-poor muck-up they are doing. It is nothing short of a colossal failure.
