I've been posting my progress on my efforts to get Microsoft Certification which I hope wil be good for work, esp. when we move abroad.
I passed my exam ! (... but 4 more to go)
Wohoo ... Passed another exam !
Yeas !! Passed the last exam ... got my MCAD !
Well, I've just got back from the test centre and despite suffering from a cold (I'm sure everyone else didn't appreciate me coughing and spluttering through it) I passed another one !!
This was what I thought was my weakest subject as it's something I don't use too often but I got a really good score (899) and the woman who signed me out said she'd never seen the individual catagory bars filled in all the way to "strong" before.
So, I now have:
070-316: Developing Windows-Based Applications with Microsoft Visual C# .NET
... to go with my existing:
070-229: Designing and Implementing Databases with Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Edition
070-315: Developing and Implementing Web Applications with Microsoft Visual C# .NET and Microsoft Visual Studio .NET
070-320: Developing XML Web Services and Server Components with Microsoft Visual C# and the Microsoft .NET Framework
The next one s the hardest (070-300 Solution Architectures) but if I get that then I'll be a certified MCSD.Net (Microsoft Certified Solution Developer).
Sorry to be such an anorak but the last test I passed was my 25 yard swimming certificate (and the last few yards I was on my tiptoes) so I'm pretty chuffed.
