Those sick rich bastards know that the money they generate will sway the heads of the tacoma officials into complying with them if it means a great loss of revenue. How christlike is it, to use financial power, to bully others to submission?

JeffT,
I was the one who mentioned the guy with the bull horn in the previous thread. I attended the tacoma dome conventions fonr the early 80's to the late 90's. Although there were alot of protesters there every year, the only one I distincly remember was the ''watch out for the watchtower" guy. He was there every year, every weeknd of the convention, standing under that giant clock tower. I am happy that he had such a big part in your exiting. I find it sad that my parents taught me that 'those evil apostates were working for satan, and I wasn't even to look at them when I walked by', when in fact they are loving peopl who are trying to help others.

This is very interesting, when did this parking scandal hit the news? I went to many many assemblies at the Tacoma Dome and don't remember this during my time there. Must have been at least sometime in the 90s?
